I had a fantastic time at Palms Place, especially with our spacious one-bedroom suite that was perfect for our family. The amenities were impressive, from the well-equipped kitchen to the beautiful bathrooms. However, my experience with the service was a bit of a mixed bag, and some aspects of our stay could use improvement, especially regarding cleanliness and responsiveness.
